Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://marusmaids.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Maru's Maids reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Maru's Maids markets and arranges Cleaning Service, Deep Cleaning, Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Post-construction Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Apartment Cleaning, Airbnb Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Maru's Maids and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. Maru's Maids may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

As-Is Basis. https://marusmaids.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Maru's Maids makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Maru's Maids arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Maru's Maids from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
